The service

Money Spread AI provides a fixed photo-to-video performance at moneyspreadai.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Contact support@moneyspreadai.com for questions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your account secure and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials, circumvent restrictions, or access other users' data.

Your photos and permissions

Upload only media you have the right to use and edit. Obtain permission from identifiable people where required. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver the requested output. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs; generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Do not use the service for prohibited sexual content, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or unlawful activities. Content checks may reject inputs or outputs. A generated cash display must not be presented as proof of wealth, a genuine transaction, or an endorsement.

One-time video passes

We sell packs of 1, 3, and 5 video passes at the prices displayed before checkout. Each pass covers one standard 480p Money Spread AI generation using the supplied performance and instructions. The service does not sell subscriptions or general-purpose credits. Passes cannot be transferred to another service, converted to cash, or used for another model, custom performance, or higher resolution.

Purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal. Unused purchased passes do not expire. Ending a promotional offer or stopping new sales does not by itself remove previously purchased passes. Checkout displays the final amount and currency. Paid passes are issued after the payment is verified; returning to the success page alone does not establish payment.

Generation and delivery

Submitting a generation uses one pass. Provider retries belonging to the same task do not create additional pass charges. A confirmed terminal generation failure returns the task's pass once. Pending or uncertain tasks must reach a final state before a return can be determined. An automatic return adds a video pass and does not refund money to your payment method.

Outputs can contain errors in faces, hands, clothing, text, props, or timing. We do not guarantee a specific likeness, aesthetic outcome, exact banknote details, or uninterrupted availability. Review the complete result before sharing. A successfully delivered result with an aesthetic issue does not automatically become a failed generation. Purchase refunds follow the Refund Policy, including applicable consumer rights.

Completed eligible outputs can be downloaded without a watermark. Download the results you wish to retain; online storage is not a permanent archival service. Check the rights in source media and audio for your intended use and follow the destination platform's AI-media requirements.

Account closure and restrictions

You can request account deletion through Settings. Deletion removes access to your account, stored results, and remaining passes; it does not automatically issue a purchase refund. Request an eligible refund before deletion. We may retain records needed for tax, payment disputes, security, and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict accounts for abuse or unlawful use, subject to applicable law.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer remedies.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Existing purchases retain the purchase terms applicable to them unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel.
